John Graham’s practice is devoted to defending individuals in criminal cases across the state of Colorado. John approaches each case with an unsurpassed level of compassion and understanding. His client-centered approach focuses on what is most important to each individual client. John fights relentlessly to secure the best possible outcome.

After graduating from law school, John developed his litigation skills at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office in Jefferson County. As a public defender, John handled hundreds of criminal cases and secured favorable outcomes for his clients at the trial and pre-trial stages of criminal prosecution. John has extensive experience in the courtroom handling everything from traffic infractions to child abuse to sexual offenses.

John graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in the top of his class. While in law school, John began honing his trial skills early on as a member of the national trial team and through his internships with the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. John’s commitment to public service runs deep and he served as Vice President of the DU Public Interest Law Group. During his final year of school, John clerked for one of the top litigation firms in the country.

John continues his commitment to public interest work by maintaining a regular pro bono practice.
